Sara is certified in EMDR. She is also a trained Mindful Self-Compassion teacher, so you can expect a lot of mindfulness and compassion in your sessions with her. She graduated from Antioch University in Seattle with a MA in Applied Psychology in 2009 and loves what she does. She also enjoys providing supervision to new therapists who are working toward licensure or who want ongoing consultation. She loves Arrested Development, office plants, and hanging out with her cats.
