Samantha holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Walden University and a Master of Divinity from Loyola University Chicago. Samantha is training in EMDR.

With a strong foundation in social justice and spirituality, Samantha is deeply committed to supporting individuals on their unique journeys of healing and self-discovery. She approaches therapy with empathy and a belief in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship. Samantha creates a warm, inclusive, and safe space where clients can feel truly seen, heard, and supported as they explore their emotions, experiences, and challenges.

Samantha’s practice is grounded in a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, with an emphasis on empowering clients to be the experts in their own healing process. She integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness practices, and attachment-based therapies to foster self-awareness, emotional healing, and resilience. Whether working with individuals navigating life transitions, emotional difficulties, or trauma, Samantha is dedicated to helping clients develop the tools they need to move forward with confidence and strength.

Outside of her professional life, Samantha enjoys attending cultural events, such as ballet, opera, and live jazz performances. She also loves spending time outdoors with her family, engaging in activities like hiking, snowshoeing, swimming, and camping.

Samantha identifies as a straight, white, cisgender, neurodivergent, able-bodied woman.
