Rebecca Felman

Intern Therapist

Rebecca (she/her) is currently training in EMDR and working towards certification. She is pursuing a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Seattle University.

Rebecca loves helping people who are struggling with PTSD, anxiety, medical trauma, big life changes, and family trauma. She is also passionate about disability/neurodivergence advocacy, and comes from an extensive background of working with individuals who have these identities.

Rebecca prioritizes emotional and physical safety as the foundation for her work with every client. She believes that when a person feels the freedom to reflect openly without fear of judgement or harm, they can understand themselves on a deep level and start their journey towards peace and authenticity. Rebecca also adopts a person-centered approach, and is intentional with curating goals to fit the unique needs of each person she works with. She incorporates several therapeutic modalities, such as emotion-focused therapy, parts work and existential therapy, into her EMDR practice.

Outside of practice, Rebecca loves songwriting, going to music concerts, gardening, exploring new restaurants and watching TV shows and movies.

Rebecca identifies as a neurodivergent, disabled, queer, White, Jewish, cis-gender woman. She is US-born and non-indigenous.

Rebecca sees clients online and in our Seattle office at sliding scale rates from $40 - $80 per session.
