Michelle Perrier, MA LMHCA

Therapist

Michelle is trained in EMDR and is working toward certification. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.

Michelle believes in everyone's innate ability to heal. Her goal is to empower clients with the tools to thrive and to walk beside them on their healing journey. She creates a compassionate space for navigating life's transitions and challenges, including trauma, relationship dynamics, and intense emotions like anxiety, depression and stress. Recognizing the profound impact of early relationships on the mind and body, Michelle helps clients deepen their connection to their body and emotions, steering them away from constant fight-or-flight responses. She guides clients to accept their present circumstances without judgment and find new meaning in past experiences.

She integrates EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Narrative, mindfulness, Psychodynamic, and Attachment-based therapies to foster self-awareness, emotional healing, and resilience. So you feel supported and understood as you grow and heal.

Michelle is a biracial white and Korean American Millennial, who identifies as a cisgender female, able-bodied, spiritual, and straight.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys traveling, immersing herself in nature through camping, hiking, and kayaking, and staying active with pilates, running, and yoga. She also loves reading and spending quality time with friends and her pug, Stevie.

Michelle works with individuals ages 18+, addressing issues like anxiety, PTSD, depression, ADHD and stress.

Michelle is in network with First Choice, Kaiser PPO, Premera, Lifewise, Anthem, and other Blue Cross plans (out of network with Regence).

Michelle sees clients online only.
