Micah is getting his Masters in Clinical Social Work at University of Washington, Seattle. He is an intern training in EMDR. Micah has previously worked with youth and young adults experiencing homelessness, supporting trauma processing, life planning, access to basic needs, and system navigation. Most recently, he has provided counseling to older adults in group housing.

Micah is person-centered and trauma-informed in his approach to therapy, and aims to create a collaborative space for however the client wants to show up. Rooted in a social justice lens, Micah honors the societal, cultural, and community influences each client experiences.

Although Micah is originally from the mid-west, he has lived in WA over 10 years. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with friends and his dog (Basil), woodworking, playing music, and spending time in nature.

Micah identifies as able-bodied, white, heterosexual, cis-gender, millennial man. He is US-born and non-indigenous.

Micah sees clients online and in our Seattle office at sliding scale rates from $50-$80 per session.
