Kelly is fully trained in EMDR and is currently working toward certification. She is pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University, Seattle, where she is also specializing in perinatal mental health.

Before beginning her clinical practice, Kelly volunteered with the Crisis Text Line, supporting individuals through moments of crisis, trauma, and overwhelming life challenges. This experience shaped her counseling style—listening with compassion, responding with steadiness, and holding space for people from all walks of life.

Kelly’s therapeutic approach integrates EMDR with both feminist and person-centered perspectives. She views each client as the expert of their own life and believes the most effective therapy grows from respect, authenticity, and genuine care. She values collaboration over hierarchy, walking alongside clients as they navigate their unique healing journey. Through a feminist lens, she considers not only the client’s inner world but also the broader cultural, relational, and systemic factors that influence their challenges.

For Kelly, therapy is about more than coping—it is about reclaiming your voice, rediscovering your strengths, and living in alignment with your values where new possibilities for healing and growth can emerge.

Outside of her therapy work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her spouse, two young children, orange tabby cat, and her pug, Talulah. Kelly identifies as a beach enthusiast, often finding solace in smelling salt-air, feeling the gentle breeze, and hearing the waves crashing onto the shore. Other hobbies include cooking, hiking, reading non-fiction books, and searching for “easter eggs” with her fellow “Swifties”.

Kelly identifies as an able-bodied, white, heterosexual, cis-gender, millennial woman. She is US-born and non-indigenous.

Kelly sees clients online and in our Seattle office at sliding scale rates from $50-$80 per session.
