Jasmine Wilson, MA LMHC

Therapist

Jasmine Wilson is Certified in EMDR. She completed her Masters of Arts in Counseling at Palo Alto University. Jasmine began her professional career by providing music therapy in hospice and bereavement services, and continues to enjoy integrating music and creative methods into sessions.

She continues work with people navigating grief-related issues such as chronic or terminal illness, bereavement, and family estrangement. She is also passionate about helping survivors of trauma, particularly those with past adverse childhood experiences, complicated family-related traumas, and domestic violence survivors. She enjoys working with many different backgrounds, including BIPOC and LGBTQ2S+ communities. Jasmine approaches therapy by collaborating with her clients.

She enjoys being curious and creative in the therapeutic process. She integrates a variety of methods into her EMDR work, including informing her work from Internal Family Systems theory (parts work), attachment theory, CBT, narrative therapy, and music/expressive methods. When Jasmine isn’t at work, she enjoys being outside, spending time with her dog, playing strategy card games, photography, crafting, and finding new recipes to cook.

Jasmine is a cis-gender female, Millennial, white, non-indigenous, and U.S. born person.

Jasmine is in network with First Choice, Kaiser PPO, Premera, Lifewise, Anthem, and other Blue Cross plans (out of network with Regence).
