Sara M. Baldwin, MA MHP LMHC


Sara is fully trained in EMDR and is currently on the path to certification. She is also a trained Mindful Self-Compassion teacher, so you can expect a lot of mindfulness and compassion in your sessions with her. She graduated from Antioch University in Seattle with a MA in Applied Psychology in 2009 and loves what she does. She also enjoys providing supervision to new therapists who are working toward licensure or who want ongoing consultation. She loves Arrested Development, Harry Potter, and most people (including Sara) are surprised to find out she is a major Seahawks fan.

Laura Wood, MA LMHCA


Laura is fully trained in EMDR and loves working with teens and adults, using an eclectic mix of
therapeutic approaches to help find the unique combination that will help you. Laura has training in Perinatal and Postpartum mood disorders and is passionate about supporting new moms and birth moms. Laura also uses sand tray work and loves how it can shift things that are otherwise stuck. Laura graduated from Texas A & M University in 2011 with an MA in Counseling and Guidance. She is enthralled with her work and loves to assist her clients in finding solutions and comfort. Laura enjoys cooking/baking, travel, black and white films, and photography.

Laura is out of network for all insurance companies, though some may cover her as an out of network provider. Since Laura doesn’t take insurance, she is able to accept some sliding scale clients.

Julie Fetner, MA LMFT


Julie is fully trained in EMDR and loves working with all types of people including adults, teens, and couples. Her therapeutic approach is relational and holistic, taking a look at the whole person and respecting each client’s uniqueness. As a therapist, she desires to help people discover their truest self and live from a place of wholeness and honesty. Julie graduated in 2016 from Hope International University with a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy. She feels deeply called to the work of psychotherapy and believes healing and resiliency is possible for everyone. When she is not working, Julie finds joy in exploring new places, running, and yoga. On a rainy day, she enjoys snuggling with her dog, reading, and baking chocolate chip cookies.

Rosemary Duffy-Greslo, MS LMFT

Senior Therapist

Rosemary is fully trained and currently certified in EMDR. Her approach to working with clients is collaborative in nature, working with you to customize treatment plans to fit your unique experiences, needs, and situation. She graduated in 2006 from Purdue University in Hammond, IN with an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy. Rosemary absolutely loves being a therapist and is a passionate believer in the potential of psychotherapy to increase your sense of confidence, well-being, and empowerment, improve and strengthen your relationships with significant people, find peace with the past, and make lasting changes towards a more fulfilling life.
Rosemary enjoys running, sailing, hiking, camping, and adventuring in general. She also loves to read and wander through bookstores. She is a veteran of the U.S. Navy. And, we like her a lot, even though she's a Bears fan.

Tina Mansfield, MA LMHC


Tina is fully trained in EMDR and is currently working towards certification. She loves to use Somatic and Mindfulness-based practices in order to assist you in becoming skilled at identifying what your Mind-Body needs for full resolution of anxiety, depression, addictions, and changes in life abilities. She graduated from Saint Martins University in 2015 with an MA in Counseling. Tina also has a 4-year Healership Certification in Energy Healing which allows her to assist you in calming, grounding, breathing, and guided visualizations useful for improving your emotional regulation challenges. She is fascinated with the inner workings of the brain and loves to share little nuggets of knowledge when they are helpful. She loves live music concerts (Alternative rock and symphony) and live theatre, shows like The Venture Brothers, Better Call Saul, and is (surprise!) also an enthusiastic Seahawks fan. Heidi Hamil

Care Coordinator

Heidi has been doing medical billing for over 16 years. She loves making sure clients receive the most out of their insurance benefits. When she's not answering your emails and following up on insurance claims, she is trying to keep up with her two adorable small children. In the event of some rare free time to herself, she enjoys sewing, watercolor and playing the occasional round of golf with her husband.
